My Aunt Marie
My Aunt Marie lives long gone, and she had 50 years ago, a small restaurant in Würselen and I was allowed to it more often on vacation.
On special Occasions there was always a great tasting strawberry cream.
Although she was at home on a visit, we always looked forward to this delicious dessert, which they then prepared for us.
This recipe is never forgotten.

Aunt Marie Strawberry Cream:
3 eggs,
100gr. Sugar,
eighth l. strawberry juice,
6 sheets gelatin (3 red, 3 white)
3 tablespoons water, 1 bottle
