Heisswecken
Winter has us with ice and snow is still well under control.
But this time will pass again and then we enjoy the colorful diversity of spring.
For some time I have here have a recipe that I want to give to Bake.
It is a true "typical North German recipe
Heisswecken:
60 gr yeast
half milk
L. 1 Mix the flour
Kg 125 grams of sugar pinch of cardamom
salt 250 grams butter 400 grams raisins
the yeast with some warm milk.
mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, cardamom, salt and raisins.
The remaining milk, butter and dissolved yeast to give.
dough and knead well, let set one hour in a warm place.
knead again and round Wake up (about 8 cm in diameter) form.
Bake at medium heat for about 15 minutes.
